The use of the Site is subject to the additional disclaimers, conditions and notices that may appear throughout the Site. The model homes, photography, elevation renderings and floorplans represented on the Site may contain custom features and/or options or decorative items that are not reflective in the base price of home. Square footages on Site are approximate and may vary. All rendering and floorplans are an artist rendering and may vary from actual plans and homes built. Floorplans represented on Site are model elevations. Prices shown refer to the base price of home and does not include taxes, fees, modifications, customization, lot premiums or custom/optional features. Touchstone Living and their agents assume no responsibility for any consequence relating directly or indirectly to any action or inaction that you take based on the Content of this Site. The Content provided on this Site is intended for informational purposes only and is not intended to constitute an offer or solicitation. Prospective purchasers must visit a Touchstone Living Sales Office to purchase a home. While Touchstone Living strives to keep Content of this Site updated, accurate and complete, it is not possible to ensure that all information is correct or up to date. Touchstone Living shall not be liable or have responsibility for the accuracy or availability of information provided by websites which are linked to the
Site via hypertext or other computer “Links”. Links to external websites are provided merely as a convenience to Users and do not constitute an endorsement by Touchstone Living.
Applicability of Terms and Conditions
There are Terms and Conditions and all other legal terms on the Site are applicable upon the User’s access to the Site. These Terms and Conditions may be revised, modified, amended or supplemented by Touchstone Living without prior notice. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all Users.
