Watercolor Wins Two 2025 Best In Building Awards

It’s not every day you win a prestigious award, not to mention two! Touchstone Living is beyond honored to receive two incredible awards from SNHBA this year for our planned community Watercolor. 

Every year, SNHBA bestows honors on individuals and businesses who demonstrate professional excellence in the building industry in southern Nevada. Their judges are industry experts from across the country who know quality when they see it. They review the achievements of award applicants and select the best of the best. The competition was particularly stiff in 2025 as judges reviewed a record-breaking 200+ submissions before choosing the finalists. 

That is why we are so excited to share that the Watercolor community has won two awards:
